Your 100% satisfaction is our goal at Solar Giant. If for some reason you are unhappy with your shipment kindly contact our claims department at 1.866.298.0433 x102 and we will be happy to assist you. To return or receive a credit for a damaged product please follow our 4 Step Return Authorization procedure:

Contact or call us toll free at 1.866.298.0433 x102 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm (EST).

Please reference the Invoice # and the particular item that you would like to return with a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction. This also applies when receiving a credit for damaged items. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please inspect your order once it is delivered, because after the 48-hour window credits will no longer be issued.

Our claims department will evaluate your claim and issue you an RA # (Return Authorization) or a credit may be posted directly to your account.

If you receive a RA #, simply replace the item in its original packaging and return your package via U.P.S. Ground, FedEx Ground, or Insured Parcel Post to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we will exchange your item at no charge or issue an open credit to your account including the prorated freight expense, which will be applied on your next order. Please note that some items cannot simply be replaced, as it may not be possible to break apart a case pack to replace an individual unit.

If you do not receive an RA #, please hold all damaged products for 10 days so that we can process the necessary claim with our shipping company.
